RESULT

The employer branding videos are successfully used for international recruitment via Facebook. Besides this, the videos are distributed inside the organisation in the countries where these employees come from, in order to provide information about the job opportunities and to inspire others to also come and work at the headquarters in Rotterdam, thus promoting the internal mobility.
